Return & Refund Policy

At Lancer Solution, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds under the following conditions: Return Eligibility (within 7 days of delivery): You may request a return or exchange if:
  • The product is received damaged, defective, or faulty at the time of delivery.
  • The item does not match the original specifications or is different from what you ordered.
Refund Process:
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (Debit Card, or Bank Transfer).
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been initiated.
Important Notes:
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was delivered in error or was damaged.
